CAMP R&R

a rest & ritual retreat at bloom holistic retreat centre

OCTOBER 30 - NOVEMBER 1, 2026

Join us for an easeful 3 day retreat offering you a meaningful reset as we settle into the quiet of the winter season.

Over the weekend we’ll experience an abundance of restful rituals and the intention behind them. Embrace a true and supported slowing down and walk away with a renewed appreciation for self-care. Together, we can foster new habits of ritual and rest.

Rest isn’t something we have to earn, we are worthy of rest simply because we exist. It’s our body’s natural way of finding balance, even if we’ve forgotten how to do it. Intentional rest gives us permission to pause, to breathe, and to simply just be. It nourishes the nervous system, helps us release stress, and fills our cup so we can meet life with more ease and vitality. Whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or sensorial—rest is how we come back to our true self.

Ritual helps us make that rest part of everyday life. Simple, intentional acts — a deep breath, self massage, gentle movement, a nourishing meal, or a few quiet minutes of stillness — become routines that ground and restore us. With time, these small practices grow in meaning and power, helping us find calm and connection no matter what life brings.

Leave this weekend feeling deeply renewed with simple, meaningful rituals to carry home with you. You’ll understand how and why they work, while remembering that everything you need to rest and restore lies within you.

this is for you if …
