WOMEN’S WELLNESS RETREAT IN EASTERN ONTARIO

APPLY TO JOIN THE RETREAT

JULY 31 - AUGUST 3, 2026

Join us for an immersive 4 day escape designed to nourish your mind, body + spirit.

Gift yourself the opportunity to prioritize true holistic self-care. Surrounded by over 900 acres of breathtaking Boreal forest, a stunning clear lake, and likeminded sisterhood, you’ll feel instantly at ease— and be so glad you came.

A group of people gathered around a table having a conversation inside a room with large windows showing greenery outside.
Two women sitting on a wooden bench outdoors, smiling and enjoying a happy moment together. One woman has long dark hair and the other has short light brown hair, and they are surrounded by green trees.
A woman in a red top and denim jacket applying a facial mask outdoors, smiling with eyes closed, holding a bowl of the mask, with green foliage background.

Born out of a desire to create more space for calm, connection, and playfulness— our Self-Care Summer Camp is here! A transformative sanctuary set in a serene natural landscape, where women gather to embrace their well-being and deep, genuine communion with others. This encompassing experience is dedicated to fostering a supportive sisterhood through various mindfulness practices, skincare rituals, guided movement, creative workshops, and enlightening group discussions.

Experience complete nourishment of mind, body and soul. This is an opportunity to become empowered to truly love the skin you’re in. We have an innate ability to heal and thrive when mental and physical well-being are aligned. Immerse yourself in true relaxation in a holistic way, revealing the powerful tools you have to regulate your nervous system within you already. Leave feeling radiant and fresh while looking and feeling like the best version of yourself— naturally.

Throughout this retreat, you’ll build lasting connections with like-minded women who share your commitment to wellness and self-discovery. We encourage a safe space to practice vulnerability and explore our inner landscapes more deeply. Share stories, laughter, and support as you cultivate friendships that uplift and inspire one another.

When women gather, it is pure magic. Many come to the retreat solo and leave with new friends that they’ll cherish for a long time. It’s an absolute delight to witness the meaningful connections that develop throughout our powerful time together.

this is for you if—

YOU WANT TO CREATE SPECIAL MOMENTS WITH WOMEN THIS SUMMER. Moving, breathing, creating, laughing, talking, eating, swimming, playing, resting, and just being together.

YOU WANT TO START PUTTING YOURSELF FIRST. You care a lot for others, and know how important it is to put that same care back into yourself.

YOU’D LIKE TO BE MORE INTENTIONAL. Life gets busy and we get distracted, but what if you could press pause and come back to the present moment?

YOU HAVE A DESIRE TO NOURISH YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL and you want to receive inspiration and motivation to continue nourishing yourself back home.

YOU WANT TO FEEL THAT IT’S OKAY TO REST. Hustle culture is real, and often productivity is on the mind when we should be resting. This retreat celebrates honouring our need for true rest.

YOU CRAVE A CHANCE TO GET CREATIVE. You know how good it feels to get back to your innate creativity and playful attitude.

YOU’D LIKE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH NATURE. This landscape is truly magical and you’ll be in awe of the beauty and thoughtfulness in this natural environment.

YOU ARE CURIOUS ABOUT NEW WAYS OF APPROACHING BEAUTY AND SELF-CARE. Whether you’re sprawled out in the comfy living room, in the glass box dining area, on your mat, around the fire, or any of the other magical nooks you find yourself this weekend— thought-provoking conversations stirring up new ways of perceiving ourselves and others are had.

  • Trauma Informed Somatic Skin Therapist + Certified Aromatherapist (CAHP)

Hi, I’m Cassandra 👋 (she/her) I have a compassionate and trauma-informed practice that weaves physical, emotional and energetic healing modalities into magical bespoke treatments + experiences.

I am a highly sensitive, empathetic and feminine being that prioritizes rest and time to care for myself so I can do this beautiful work.

I am honoured to hold a safe space that acts as a respite amidst stress. The stories that have been shared with me over the years all hold a special place in my heart, and I am deeply grateful for the genuine connections and exchanges made. I have been working in the personal care industry for over 10 years and it has mostly taught me this— you never know what someone is dealing with under the surface.

My experience ditching a chemical-laden beauty routine + lifestyle rooted in ‘fight or flight’ mode in exchange for rituals of radical self-care fuels my passion and desire to share this journey with you. I empower my clients to develop a more intimate knowledge of their skin and truly love the skin they're in.

I believe we have everything we need within us, and true healing is a return back home to that wholeness. It is a passion of mine to guide others in embodying their fullest most authentic self so they can find more joy, health and connection in their life.

  • Certified Sound Healer, Meditation Instructor, and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist

I believe that yoga is a homecoming to the truest most authentic version of myself.

I fell in love with the practice of yoga while embarking on my own personal healing journey from a severe eating disorder. I experienced a complete shift in the perception I had of myself and the world through the development of my own inner awareness. Practicing and living my yoga completely changed my life.

It became my mission to share this ancient wisdom with others who have a desire to come home to their authentic selves, find healing, self-compassion and inner peace. Following the path of yoga introduced me to the power of meditation, sound healing and ayurveda, immersing me further into the healing of mind, body and spirit, and the potential to help others heal too.

I am here to guide you on a journey of seeing that you have the power to shift your state of being, and to heal, with the tools that exist within you already.

Hear what past retreat guests are saying..

Group of women sitting on a couch and at a table in a cozy room with bookshelves.

I cannot thank you enough for giving me the courage & confidence to embark on this experience solo! I was so nervous to get out of my car in the parking lot and your warmth and big hug washed away my fears instantly and from that moment my anxiety dissipated and I finally felt this feeling that it was ok to just be me … that I was not alone … and that I am enough. You are truly magic! Don’t ever lose sight of the goodness within you!

— Daniella

I just wanted to send a huge thank you. As I said (more than once), I really was not sure what I was getting myself into and I didn't know if I was going to be able to fully participate. I am actually pretty pleased with how I hung in.

But I have to say that it was the energy and the collaboration between the two of you that really helped me achieve my goal. You work so well together and while you are both quite unique, there is a chemistry between you that just made the entire adventure really meaningful.

I consider myself truly blessed to have been able to share the experience with the group.

Thank you and be well!
